Getting Started with Application End-to-End View
User can open the dashboard from the product home page, or from the test runs/sessions window. To open the NetDiagnostics Application End-to-End View, user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

The NetDiagnostics Application End-to-End View window is displayed representing the application flow map. The details of Flow maps and other features of NetDiagnostics Application End-to-End View is described in this section.
Layout
The layout of Application End-to-End View consists of:
- Five tabs (KPI, Graphical KPI, Tier Status, System Status, and Compare graphs. By default, Tier Status tab is enabled),
- Flow map of tiers and integration points,
- Options for flow map management (edit, save, layout etc.), and
- Right pane that consists of various details of tier, such as alert, business health, server health, integration point health, and transaction score card.
Various Tabs
Application End-to-End View contains following tabs. In this manual, we are describing about Tier Status tab.
KPI
This tab displays total number of orders and revenue made by the client. This tab also displays Page View/Second (PVS), Response Time, and CPU Utilization taken by the different Tiers.
Graphical KPI
This tab displays the graphical representation of PVS, Response Time, and CPU Utilization of specific tiers. It also displays total revenue vs planned revenue graphs. It also displays the Dial graphs for total orders and total revenue for the client.
Tier Status
This tab displays overall information of the tier, such as PVS, Response Time, and CPU Utilization of each tier, how many servers are there in a tier, and with each server, how many Integration Points are connected. User can drill down further to know the exact flow.
System Status
In this tab, the status of all the tiers and their related servers is displayed. It also displays how many Instances are connected with each server. The status of tiers/server/instances are categorized into critical, major, and normal state, which is represented by red, orange, and green color respectively.
Compare
Using this tab, user can compare the data for various event days by applying the specific duration. By comparing, user can know how much is the CPU Utilization for a particular event day, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and many other useful information in graphical view.
Legend
The details and various information about the components in Application End-to-End View are explained in the Legend option. Clicking Legend displays the following window.
This window provides information to the user about how to identify the tiers, nodes, integration points, and others. The window contains different color codes for the alerts, logos for the technology agents and integration points.
